Mosaic Tiny ‘tokus

Named by my friend and knifemaker Will Stelter. These knives are a combination of the Japanese Santoku and other Sheep’s foot blade profiles. Made from various mosaic damascus patterns, and sporting different handle materials. They blur the line between paring knives for the kitchen or an EDC. They are super thin, razor sharp, but still have an average of 2 3/4 inch blade length.
