Stainless Chef and Paring Knife

This is a unique set. Forge textured 440C stainless steel, brass and ancient bog oak. Stainless steel isn’t very friendly to forge, but everyone wants that forged aesthetic. So I end up texturing the blade to give it that desired look of a forged piece. The chef has an 8 inch blade, and the paring knife has a 3.5 inch blade. The bog oak on the big chef has been dated at 5,600 years old!
