Stainless Gyuto

This is a stainless gyuto from 440C stainless steel, and given a forged texture. Blade is 8 inches in length. Complemented with a vintage linen micarta bolster, and ironwood handle. Photos dont do this guy justice. In bright sunlight, the ironwood has a brilliant golden shimmer. It will always be a favorite handle material. Instead of my standard western handle shape, this guy has a modified Wa handle, to pay homage to the traditional Japanese style. Instead of a true octagon, it has been thinned out to be more comfortable.
