Hand Forged Western Chef’s Knives

These knives are my forged western style chef’s knives. Forged from 80CRV2 steel. They sport various different handle materials, but all have that forged texture left on the blade. This gives them a beauty and ruggedness, that cannot be replicated with other methods. These beautiful kitchen knives are truly forged by hammer and hand.
