The Iconic Forged Chef

This western chef’s knife is the gold standard. In my signature style. Forged from 80CRV2 high carbon steel, and dressed in vintage linen micarta and ironwood. It is perfect for any task, whatever you throw at it. If I could only have one knife in my kitchen this is it. This guy is lightweight at around 5.5 oz and has about a 7 inch blade. Thin and nimble, and cuts like a laser.
