Stainless Santoku

This is an awesome little Santoku at around 5 1/2 inches for the blade length. The handle is a piece of spalted maple burl that reminds me of like a coarse granite countertop. The blade is textured AEB-L stainless steel. This is the perfect mighty mini cooking companion for all kinds of work. Excellent at rapid fire vertical chopping and processing vegetables and fruits. Excited to make more like this.
