Rounding Hammer

This is just one of many rounding hammers I’ve made, while working at Alec Steele Co. The rounded face is excellent for aggressively forging tapers, getting in tough to reach spots, and so much more. This is a 2.5 lbs hammer, on a blackened hickory handle. It is the most used and most cherished tool in the shop.
